(ORAL) This is petition against the order dated 11.12.2006 of Civil Judge ( Senior Division ), Ambala whereby evidence of the plaintiff was closed by order. Counsel for the plaintiff now petitioner argues that earlier defendant was ex-parte and plaintiff was not at fault and now only one opportunity may be given subject to payment of costs. After hearing counsel for the parties, it is directed that one opportunity is given to the petitioner subject to payment of Rs.2000/- costs, which shall be payable to the counsel opposite.
