Judgment
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant AkhilSharad Devang in Crime No.75/2017 registered at Police Station Ashti, District – Gadchiroli, for theoffence punishable under Section 65(f) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949, he shall bereleased on ad-interim anticipatory bail on hisexecuting P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- withone surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall attend the concernedpolice station once in a week i.e. on every Monday

(iii) The applicant shall not directly or indirectlymake any inducement, threat or promise to anyperson acquainted with the facts of the case, so as todissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Courtor to any police officer. (iv)The applicant shall not tamper with theevidence or obstruct the investigation in any manner. (v) The applicant shall co-operate in theinvestigation by attending the concerned PoliceStation as and when called by the InvestigatingOfficer on written notice till completion of theinvestigation. 6.
