Mr. Anand Pande, learned Counsel who appears on behalf of the AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Petitioner states that on instructions, the Petitioner is desirous of withdrawing the present Writ Petition and since he is desirous of availing the appellate remedy of filing Revision Application under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949.
