Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Standing counsel for the State - respondents.

In view of the proposed order, notice to private respondents is dispense with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction the respondent No.2 -Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar to decide recall application No.242 of 2015 ( Sanjay Kumar and others Vs. Shiv Murti and others), expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case respondent no.2 considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner, to which learned Standing Counsel has no objection.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no.2 -Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ambedkar Nagar is directed to decide recall application No.242 of 2015 (Sanjay Kumar and others Vs. Shiv Murti and others) expeditiously, say within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law after affording opportunity of hearing to the 2 A227 No. 7019 of 2025 parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.

It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances.
