The argument, amongst others, is that M/s. Anand TechnoMarketing Pvt. Ltd. was merged into M/s. Anand Mine Tools Pvt. Ltd. in theyear 2017 and despite such merger, the respondents have raised tax liabilityagainst both for the same financial 2019-20.
