An innocuous prayer is made that the directions be given to therespondent No.1 to disburse grant-in-aid from 01.11.2020 in favour of thepetitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this issue can bedecided by the respondent No.1 in the light of the Government Resolutiondated 15.02.2021.
Be that as it may, we direct the respondent No.1 to treat the presentpetition as a representation, and to decide the issue in the light of the abovementioned Government Resolution in accordance with law, within ten weeksfrom production of this order. 5. The respondent No.1 is further directed that decision taken becommunicated to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter.
The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy ofthe present petition along with a copy of this order before the concernedauthority within a period of two weeks from today.
