2 / 2 125.wp780.2026the respondent No.2 on 26.12.2025, which is on record atPage No.61 (Annexure 7). 4.Shri Bhishikar, learned counsel submits thatthe respondent No.2 neither replied the aforesaid noticenor has initiated any action against the respondent No.3. 5.In view of above, we dispose of the presentwrit petition with a direction to respondent No.2 – ChiefOfficer, Municipal Council, Besa Pipla, District – Nagpurto decide the representations which are on record at pageNo.41 (Annexure 6) dated 08.04.2025 and onwards, soalso to treat the legal notice dated 26.12.2025, which is onrecord at page No.61 (Annexure 7) as a finalrepresentation and to decide the same within a period ofeight weeks from the date of receipt of the order of thisCourt. 6.The decision taken thereupon shall becommunicated to the petitioners within a period of twoweeks from the date of decision. 7.Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
