Learned counsel for the applicant submits that marriage of the applicant was solemnized with the respondent no.4 and on the basis of concocted facts, the F.I.R. of the case in question was lodged, on which, the charge- sheet was submitted by the Investigating Officer without considering the evidence provided by the applicant. He next submits that there is a possibility of settlement, if the matter is sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.

Learned A.G.A. vehemently opposes the prayer of the applicant. However, he does not dispute the fact that genesis of the prosecution in question is some matrimonial dispute. 2 A482 No. 8795 of 2025

Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the parties and perusing the record, it is evident that genesis of the prosecution in question is matrimonial dispute. The possibility of settlement cannot be ruled out.

In view of above, the matter requires consideration.

Issue notice to the private respondents.

List this case on 08.12.2025.

On the next date, the applicant and the respondent no.4 shall appear in person before this Court.

Till the next date, the impugned proceedings shall remain stayed.

The applicant is directed to deposit Rs. 50,000/- before Senior Registrar of this Court with a period of ten days from today, failing which, the interim protection will not be available to him. November 14, 2025 Arpan (Rajeev Singh,J.)
