"Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State as well as perused the record. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case Crime No. 473A of 2007, under Sections 420 IPC, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, pending in the court of CJM, Lucknow and chargesheet dated 25.05.2008 as well as summoning order dated
19.12.2008. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that there is allegation regarding some transaction of amount in between the parties, though the applicants are not involved in committing the offence and there is no role at all. She submits that the applicants are still ready for amicable settlement and, therefore, the matter may be referred to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. Learned Counsel for the State has no objection to the contentions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid contentions, let notice be issued to opposite party no. 2, returnable at an early date. Steps be taken within a week. List/put up this matter on 03.11.2025 at 02:15 p.m., as fresh The opposite party no. 2 is directed to remain present before this Court either in person or through his counsel so that his willingness can be recorded regarding referral of the matter to the Mediation & Conciliation Centre of this Court. The 2 A482 No. 8446 of 2025 applicants are directed to come on next date with a demand draft amounting Rs. 25,000/-, in favour of opposite party no. 2 to show their bonafide. Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Case Crime No. 473A of 2007, under Sections 420 IPC, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow, shall remain stayed, so far as the present applicants are concerned. "
