Learned AGPs waive notice forrespondents/State in respective petitions. Learned Advocate Mr. NileshDesale waives notice for respondent No.4/Zilla Parishad in both thepetitions. 4. We have heard both the sides. 5. We dispose of these writ petitions by directing the respondents toundertake scrutiny of petitioners’ proposal independently on their ownmerits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and inany case, within a period of (04) weeks from today and if the petitionersare found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the money to thepetitioners within a period of four weeks thereafter.
