#2. Ms. Aparna Tripathi, appellant, is present in person and she has apprised the Court that she has informed the learned counsel for the respondent about the fact that she has mentioned this case in the morning but he is not present before this Court.
#3. Mr. Aparna Tripathi has pressed the urgency in the matter by submitting that this case has been taken up couple of times but on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the respondent, the case could not be disposed of.
