#1. Heard Sri Satyendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party.
#2. Both the parties are ready to settle their dispute amicably through Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court, therefore, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.
#3. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court on 13.10.2025 as that would be the first date of mediation. The mediation proceedings has to be completed within ten weeks and the Mediator shall file its report before the Court.
