#2. Heard Mr. N. Maharana, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State-Opposite Parties.

#3. The Petitioners have filed this writ petition with the following prayer: “Therefore, the Petitioners most humble pray before this Hon’ble Court graciously be pleased to admit this writ petition issue notice to the Opposite Parties call for L.C.R. after hearing both side and perusal of the documents, this Hon’ble Court may direct to the Opposite to provide Party No.3 Petitioners as per Government guideline.” the service benefit

In course of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states the Petitioners have already made representation before the Opposite Party No.4 vide Annexure-5, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.4 to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the Petitioners vide Annexure-5 and pass appropriate order as early as possible within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
