#1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
#2. Mr. Devashis Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to not press the present IA. Accordingly, the present IA stands disposed of as not pressed. BLAPL Nos.1443, 10679, 10681, 10739, 11041, 11431 of 2024
#3. Mr. Debashis Panda, learned counsel for the petitioners by filing memos in Court today, which are Order No. 07. taken on record, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the six bail applications noted above on the ground that the Doctor and IO are remaining to be examined.
#4. Further, Mr. Panda seeks liberty to the petitioner Miki @ Manoranjan Sahoo to renew his prayer for interim bail before the learned trial Court on the ground of illness of his mother.
#5. Accordingly, all the six bail applications stand disposed of as withdrawn, but the petitioner-Miki @ Manoranjan Sahoo is at liberty to move the learned trial Court for grant of interim bail which shall be disposed of in accordance with law.
