The present application has been restoration of TRP(C) No.128 of 2023.

Despite the service of notice, none appeared for the opposite party. On the previous date of hearing also, the opposite party did not appear.

In this petition, the petitioner is seeking recalling of the order dated 28.06.2023 passed in TRP(C) No.128 of 2023, whereby TRP(C) had been dismissed for non-prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for restoration is allowed.

The TRP(C) No.128 of 2023 is restored to its file.

The I.A. is disposed of.
