2. The dispute in the present writ application raised by the petitioner relates to admission into Post Graduate Course (MD/MS Ayurveda). The petitioner is seeking quashing of spot counselling and his admission into the course of Kayachikista at Gopabandhu Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Puri. It is not in dispute that the cut-off dates prescribed by the Supreme Court has crossed.
In such view of the matter, the relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ application cannot be entertained.
