Mohanty, AGA CORAM: JUSTICE DIXIT KRISHNA SHRIPAD ORDER 29.11.2025 W.P.(C) No.22528, 22687, 22691, 23413 & 23416 of 2025 The subject matter of these petitions is substantially similar to the one in W.P.(C) No.20875 of 2025 between Ranjan Kumar Tripathy v. State of Odisha, etc. disposed off by this Court vide judgment dated 27.11.2025, whereby relief has been granted to the litigants of the kind by setting aside the transfer orders, of course, subject to certain reservations made in paragraph-4.7 of the judgment. In the above circumstances, all these Writ Petitions are also disposed off granting the same relief with the same reservations. The Impugned orders are quashed. Petitioners shall be restored to their original positions subject to what has been observed in paragraph-4.7 of the cognate judgment. Now, no costs.
