Considering the submission made on behalf of the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw the present CRLMC with liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Court in seisin over the matter, which shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. A memo to that effect filed in Court today be kept on record.
