#2. In filing the present CMP, the Petitioner has sought for a direction from this Court to the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Jaleswar for early disposal of the proceeding vide C.S. No.1061/2023.

#4. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in the present CMP. However, this Court requests the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Jaleswar to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.1061 of 2023 as early as possible.
