This matter taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).
Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and seeks leave to withdraw the present CRLMC with liberty to the petitioners to raise all those points as available to them in the present CRLMC at the appropriate stage of the case before the trial Court.
Mr. S. Padhy, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.2 is also present, but he does not raise any objection to aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
In such view of undisputed and limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to raise all those points as available to them in the CRLMC at appropriate stage of the case before the learned trial Court.
