#2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the first and second petitioners belong to the reservation category, and they are not given marks for the experience they have had. Therefore, the first petitioner has filed Exts.P6 and P8 before the Additional Director of the Women & Child Development Department, as well as the District Collector, Kollam and the second petitioner has also filed WPC 9112/2024 -3- representation before the Additional Director. It is also submitted that the third petitioner has also submitted a similar representation before the Additional Director.

#3. If the representations are filed as stated by the counsel for the petitioners before the Additional Director of the Women & Child Development Department, the same shall be forwarded to the second respondent, who shall take into consideration the representations and pass appropriate orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment. Further appointments shall be stayed till disposal of the representations filed by the petitioners. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
