01.04.2010 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, the respondent nos. 3 to 5 and respondent nos. 6 to 8. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to payment of balance retiral dues and some other dues as highlighted in this writ application. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has represented the matter, however, for expeditious disposal of the pending claims as highlighted in this writ application, petitioner proposes to file separate representations before the respondent nos. 4 & 7. In such view of the matter, in case such separate representations stating details of unpaid claims are filed by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today along with the certified copy of the present order as also the copy of the relevant documents, if any, in support of the claim, the grievances of the petitioner raised in the respective representation shall be considered accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months on receipt of such representations so that the grievances of the petitioner could be settled without delay and upon consideration the admitted dues found payable could also be paid to the petitioner along with statutory interest.
