Heard Sri Siva Rama Krishna Kolluru, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Law & Legislative Affairs.

The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is as under:

It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring G.O.Rt.No.1295 dated 04.08.2025 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Principles of Natural justice and the ratio laid down by the Apex Court in Deepak Ananda Patil Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors reported in (2023) 11 SCC 130 Kumari Shrilekha Vidyarthi v. State of U.P. reported in 1991 (1) SCC 212 and Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and Consequently set aside the G.O.Rt.No.1295 dt. 04.08.2025 issued by the 1st respondent and direct the respondents to reinstate the Petitioner to the post of Addl. Public Prosecutor for Addl. Assistant Sessions Judge (FTC) Court, Kovvur, East Godavari District, till completion of his tenure i.e., till dt. 31.03.2027, and to pass such other or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

Having regard to the above prayer, this Court is of the view that the present case is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court dated

18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025.
