No. 4704 of 2012 ------------------------------------------Dated this the 2nd day of April, 2012JUDGMENTChallenge is against Exhibit P7 proceedings of the Secretary of the 1st respondent Corporation, refusing grant of licence to the petitioner and directing the petitioner to stop the business activity conducted in the building in question. When the matter came up for consideration this Court directed the Secretary of the 1st respondentCorporation to consider Exhibit P8 application submitted by the petitioner seeking licence, if the defects pointed out in Exhibit P7 is cured, and to dispose of the same within 3weeks. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, considering Exhibit P8 in view of Exhibit P2 judgment, the licence has already been granted to the petitioner. Therefore the challenge against Exhibit P7 does not survive. WP(C). No. 4704 of 201223. Accordingly the writ petition is closed, since the issue no more survive for consideration. Sd/-C.K.
