J U D G M E N T In this petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners, who are respondents in CC. 853/2009 on the file of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thrissur, seeks the following reliefs: i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records leading to Exhibit P3 petition and quash the same by declaring satisfaction of the amount awarded under Exhibit-P2, on the basis of Exhibit-P5, for the interests of justice. Or in the alternative Quash Exhibit P6 order as arbitrary, illegal and unjustifiable and direct the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Trichur to denovo consider Exhibit P4 and P5 afresh and pass appropriate orders. ii. to issue such other writ, order or direction as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court according to the facts and circumstances of the case, for the interest of justice.

Today when the petition came up for hearing it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in compliance of Ext.P2 order of the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, petitioners herein deposited the O.P. (Crl.) 3983/2011 2 amount due as per Ext.P2 through a demand draft and therefore, the respondent has no objection in recording satisfaction of Ext.P2 order.
