J U D G M E N T In this Original Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: i. Issue a direction to the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate II, Palakkad for an early disposal of the case, which has been charge sheeted on 3.7.2010, vide Exhibit P4 Final Report in Cr. No. 322/2003 of Walayar Police Station, which has been renumbered as Cr. No. 5/CR/2007 of CBCID OCW.III Palakkad, before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate II, Palakkad, to secure ends of justice. ii. To pass such any other order, direction or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice equity and good conscious.
