J U D G M E N T In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner, who is the wife of Rajesh, a life convict now undergoing sentence in Central Prison, Kannur, seeks the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or direction, directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P2 representation filed by the petitioner and pass fresh orders. b. writ of mandamus or any appropriate writ order or direction, directing the 1st respondent to release on parole the husband of the petitioner subject to such conditions in order to visit her ailing mother.” Having heard either side, I find that it would be appropriate to direct respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of Ext.P2 within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment which the petitioner shall make available to respondents 1 and 2. knc/- P.S.
