Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition since an alternative and efficacious remedy is available for the petitioner in - 3 - NC: 2026:KHC:2005 WP No. 37089 of 2025 HC-KAR terms of Section 50B(1)(b)(i) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964, to approach the Director of Survey Settlement and Land Records to question the impugned order passed by the Assistant Director of Land Records.
