#1. Heard Mr. A. H. Naik, learned senior counsel assisted with Mr. Zia Shah, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr Tahir Majid Shamsi, learned DSGI for respondent Nos. 1 to 4, Mr. Pranav Kohli, learned senior counsel assisted with Mr. Farhan Mirza for respondent No. 5 and Mr. Mr. Faheem Nisar Shah, learned GA appearing for respondent Nos. 6 and 7.
#2. The appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 7th June 2019 passed by the writ court with liberty to the petitioner to raise the issues in the writ petition before the competent authority to enable it to consider the same in accordance with law.
#3. In pursuance thereof, petitioner had represented to the competent authority, but on account of certain discrepancies for want of proper information, the matter remained at rest with no consideration.
#4. Learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that in case the petitioner makes a fresh representation before the competent authority in connection with the issues raised in the writ petition, the competent LPA No. 174/2019 Page 1 of 2 authority will consider the same in accordance with law most expeditiously.
#5. In view of the submissions so made, the appeal is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to re-agitate the matter before the competent authority who will consider the matter in accordance with law most expeditiously preferably within a period of three months of the representation.
