Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
The applicant who is in custody since 16.08.2022 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhalbhumgarh P.S. Case No.51 of 2020 corresponding with G.R. No.189 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Ghatshila.
It appears that provisional bail for four months has been granted to the applicant vide order dated 28.03.2023 and the matter had been referred for the conciliation. The conciliation report has been submitted and from perusal of the same it appears that the conciliation was successful and both the parties have compromised and have agreed to resume their matrimonial life.
Considering the conciliation report, the provisional bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 28.03.2023, is hereby confirmed.
The applicant is directed to file fresh bail bond within six weeks from today.
