The applicant who is in custody since 23.06.2023 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No.33 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned J.M.-1st Class, Chatra.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
