The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 111/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 109 & 303(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat.
The petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant causing injuries on his person.
It appears that the informant has stated that the accused persons have inflicted knife blow causing injuries.
Injury report, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the injury was caused by hard and blunts substance. It further appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo at Tenughat in connection with Jaridih P.S.
