The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 911/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of Sri Kishore Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro.
On 04.05.2025, brother of the informant namely Sumit Kumar Mahto was murdered in his under-construction house. Suspicion has been raised against one Shiva Mahto who was sleeping with the deceased at the place of occurrence.
It was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on the record. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Kumar Sourav has been granted bail by this Court earlier vide B.A. No. 7789/2025.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail but does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kishore Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Bokaro or his successor in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 911/2025. 7 October 2025 Rahul/- (Ambuj Nath, J.)
