This appeal is directed against the order dated 24.03.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad in connection with A.B.P. No. 650/2025, arising out of Madhuban P.S. Case No.07/2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. On information, a raid was conducted in the house of the appellant from where, a small weapon as well as two sutli bombs were recovered. The appellant has 15 criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the nature of allegation levelled against him, we are not inclined to entertain this appeal, which accordingly, stands dismissed. BS-Saurav/- (Rongon Mukhopadhyay, J.)
