Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the State. The present application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mango P.S. Case No.187 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 342, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned J.M.1st Class, Jamshedpur.

Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicants and undertaking has been given for co-operating with the investigating agency and participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the scuffle has taken place between the parties and no serious injury has been caused. Further, there is case and counter case. Other side has already been given the privilege of anticipatory bail by the court below itself. On the above basis, prayer for anticipatory bail has been made.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties, the applicants are granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Hence, in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of this order, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Mango P.S. Case No.187 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. and also on the condition that the applicants will submit self-attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Card and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
