The applicant, who is in custody since 22.08.2022, has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.610 of 2022, arising out of Ghatsila P.S. Case No.47 of

It appears that this applicant has been made an accused for committing the offence under Sections 363/ 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The charge has been framed under Sections 302/ 201/ 34/ 120B of I.P.C. The prayer for bail of this applicant was lastly rejected vide order dated 14.06.2024, passed in B.A. No.9392 of 2023.

Pursuant to order dated 25.07.2025, Mr. Piyush Pandey, Senior Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhu at Jamshedpur, is physically present before this Court. It has been informed that the prosecution evidence is complete and the closure report has already been submitted by the Public Prosecutor. Now, it is the turn of the defence counsel.

In view of the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is, hereby, rejected.

It is expected that the trial will be concluded within three months.

The personal appearance of Mr. Piyush Pandey, Senior Superintendent of Police, East Singhbhu at Jamshedpur is, hereby, dispensed with. Ravi-Chandan/- (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
