Vishwakarma, Advocate For the State : A.C. to learned A.G. ---------- ORAL ORDER IN COURT 04/14.11.2025 This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for following reliefs:- (i) Issuance of writ/ writs, direction/ directions, order/ orders in the nature of mandamus upon the Respondents No.4 to pass appropriate order connection with Dohri Zamabandi Case No. 07/2025- 26 in which all the documents have been submitted by the petitioner and requisites for online update of revenue receipt bearing Mauza No. Daragama, PS.No. 75, Khata No.2 and 3, which is recorded in the name of ancestors of the petitioner namely Karam Singh Munda as Kaimi but due to official mistake the revenue of record is in the name of Fudki Mundain who is the great Grandmother of the petitioner. In this regard on 07.05.2025 the application was given thereafter the respondent no has opened a Dohri Jama Bandi Case No. 07 of 2025-26 and after 1 Neutral Citation No. ( 2025:JHHC:34163 ) submission of all the documents still not any order has been passed and respondents no. 4 has said to the petitioner to approach this Hon’ble Court, hence, the writ petition is being filed

Learned counsel the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No.4, i.e. the Circle Officer of Khunti to dispose of the Dohri Zamabandi Case No. 07/2025-26.

Learned counsel for the State raised no objection.

Under the circumstances, the Circle Officer, Khunti (i.e. Respondent No.4) is directed to dispose of Dohri Zamabandi Case No. 07/2025-26 expeditiously, after giving opportunity of hearing to both sides, preferably within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

Thus, this W.P.(C) No. 5896 of 2025 is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. s.m. (Sanjay Prasad, J.) 2
