III 02/09.07.2013 After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to move before the competent Court having criminal jurisdiction for release of his vehicle in question which is lying in custody of the police after seizure in connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 3347 of 2012 registered under Section 414/34 of the I.P.C. and 33 of the Forest Act. Prayer is accorded.
