The Principal District Judge, Tiruppur is, therefore, directed to refund the DCRG amount recovered from the petitioner and issue No Objection Certificate to the Office of the Accountant General for payment of arrears of pension after deducting the provisional arrears already paid and release of regular pension to the petitioner forthwith The petitioner shall not be entitled to any interest for the arrears amount payable to him.
