Operative part

Mr. Pradeep Pandurang Shelar ......Applicant Vs. The State of Maharashtra ...... Respondent Mr. R.V. Bansode for the Petitioner Ms. P.H. Kantharia, APP for the Respondent-State CORAM : J.N. PATEL AND A.A. SAYED, JJ. DATE : 15TH DECEMBER, 2009. P.C. 1 Application for suspension of sentence and bail is rejected by this Court on merit on 29th April, 2009. Now the petitioner has moved this Court seeking bail on medical ground. The applicant can be treated in jail for his ailment. We do not think that on medical ground the applicant deserves to be released on bail. The petition is therefore, rejected. 2 Needless to say that the jail authorities would take care of health of the petitioner by giving him proper medical treatment. A.A. SAYED J. J.N. PATEL, J. 2
