This is an application filed by the applicant/respondent No.1 for permission to withdraw the amount of interest accrued on the principle amount of compensation.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the appeal is already disposed of vide judgment dated

30.10.2015 wherein, it was ordered to the appellant to deposit the compensation amount in this Court.

Operative part

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed. The applicant/respondent No.1 is hereby permitted to withdraw the amount of interest accrued on the principle amount of compensation, if any.

In view of above, civil application is disposed of.
