The writ petition is directed against communication dated 30/12/2009 issued by the Officers of the Municipal Corporation, Nagpur under Section 53(1) of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966. The petitioners have initiated the proceedings, under Section 44 of the said Act, which are pending. In the circumstances, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the said Authority with a request to expedite the hearing of those proceedings, with liberty to canvas other connected grievances before the said Authority.
