Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the Petition and seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to make a comprehensive representation to the Municipal Corporation, with all the relevant material, to establish that in view of sub-section (2) of section 124-A of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act, 1966, there was already a development permission prior to 10.8.1992. 2 WP 10616.2010
