This Writ Petition takes exception the Order dated 23/10/2008 passed by the Additional Collector, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad Case No. DB/Appeal/Cell/56/2008.
Counsels appearing for the 2 respective parties jointly submit that this Petition can be disposed of in terms of Order dated 15/6/2009 in Writ Petition N0. 6834 of 2008 and connected matters.
Operative part
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent that the next date for final hearing of the appeals filed by the petitioners along with other appeals is fixed on 30/9/2009. The present Writ Petition is disposed of with following directions :
(i) The parties to maintain status-quo regards the post held by petitioner as on today till the final disposal of the petition filed before the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad.
(ii) The Additional Commissioner to hear this appeal with other appeals on 30/9/2009 without any adjournment.
