Heard. The petitioners are borrowers and challenge certificate issued U/s 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that principles of natural justice have been breached by the Respondent No.2 and hastily the certificate has been issued.
