The petition respondents 1 5 pending before learned Single Judge. At issuance rule, learned Single Judge directed present appellant not to auction the premises held by the present respondents 1 to 5 and 9 to 23.
Aggrieved by the interim restraint order, the Bombay Municipal Corporation has preferred the appeal.
