DATE : 05/05/2010 PC: Heard learned counsel for the parties. By this writ petition, the petitioners are seeking to quash the FIR. The petition was filed in November, 2009. Learned APP informs the court that after filing of the writ petition, the police have filed chargesheet. In view thereof, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, this shall not preclude the petitioner from filing 2 application for discharge before the trial Court if they so desire.
