Learned APP has received communication dated 15th December, 2009 from Oshiwara Police station, Mumbai. The same is tendered in the Court. The said communication is taken on record and marked “X” for identification. 3 The communication records that the charge sheet has been filed against the petitioners in the Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, 22nd Court, Andheri Mumbai, on 4-12-2009 and the same is registered as 2 C.C.No.2816/PW/09. In view of the fact that the respondent has filed the charge sheet against the petitioners, it will be proper for the petitioners to take recourse to the remedy available to them under the law. 4 Therefore, the relief sought for in the petition to quash the FIR registered as C.R.
