Mr.Vidyarthi, the learned counsel for the applicant states that out of the total claim compensation of Rs.96,25,091/-, an amount of Rs. 93,77,797/- has been deposited with the Claims Tribunal after deducting the TDS amount of Rs.2,47,294/- and to this effect he has shown us the receipt of 23rd September 2011.
#2. In filing First Appeal under Stamp No.25538 of 2011 there is a 2 CAF-4119-2011 delay of six days and hence this application for condonation of the same.
#3. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Let the appeal be listed after two weeks for admission and in the mean while we have noted the undertaking of Mr.Hegde, the learned counsel for the claimants that they will not apply for withdrawal of the amount till the next date.
