Mr.Syed Ejaz Abbas Naqvi for Intervenor Samajwadi Legal Sabha (Cell). ..... CORAM : DR.D.Y.CHANDRACHUD AND R.D.DHANUKA, JJ. July 2, 2012. P.C. : Before the arguments commenced in these proceedings, Mr.Sayed Izaz Naqvi, Advocate stated before the Court that he would like to intervene on behalf of the Samajwadi Legal Sabha VBC 2 pil90.12-2.7-2 (Cell). Counsel was informed that should he come forth before the Court with an application for intervention, he would also be heard in the proceedings. After the arguments of Counsel appearing for the parties to the Petition were concluded and before the dictation of the judgment commenced, the Court Associates made an effort to find out as to whether the Counsel for the intervenor was present before the Court so that he could be heard in the matter on such submissions which he may wish to urge. No one was present on behalf of the intervenor at that stage. Only after the judgment has been dictated and completed, Mr.Naqvi has appeared in Court. Even at this stage, no application for intervention has been filed before the Court. It is necessary to make a record of what has transpired before the Court in order to obviate any grievance hereafter. ( Dr.D.Y.Chandrachud, J.) ( R.D.Dhanuka, J.)
